Terms & Conditions of Use — GeoTech Global

• GeoTech Global provides access to an “ownership economy” system combining digital assets, memberships, referral/bonus programs, vendor options, and related services, as described on the Site.

• Membership packages (e.g. Starter, Core, Max — with associated registration or package fees) grant access to certain Services, benefits, and entitlements. The benefits may include digital certificates, crypto-cards, rebate/refund systems, referral bonuses, rank bonuses, marketplace (“Super Mall”) access, and other features.

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for the package you select. Fees must be paid per the instructions on the Site.

4. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree that when using the Site and Services you will not:

• Use the Site for illicit, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;

• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation (e.g. hacking, data scraping, attacking system infrastructure);

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;

• Engage in unauthorized resale, distribution or copying of Content;

• Abuse or misuse referral or bonus systems;

• Engage in any behaviour that may harm other users or the reputation of GeoTech Global.

GeoTech Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

• All Content on the Site — including but not limited to trademarks, names, logos, graphics, text, digital certificates, software — is owned or licensed by GeoTech Global.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only to the extent permitted by your membership package.

• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Site or Content except as expressly permitted by GeoTech Global.

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds / Payment Policy

• All fees for membership packages must be paid in full as specified on the Site, before access to the Services is granted.

• By paying any fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this Agreement.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Site, all payments are non-refundable.

• GeoTech Global may modify fees at any time; new fees will apply to future subscriptions or services.

7. Referral & Bonus Programs, Commission & Payouts

• If you participate in referral or bonus programs, all payouts, bonuses, or commissions are subject to eligibility conditions as described on the Site (e.g. membership level, referrals, rank, completion of required cycles, verification).

• GeoTech Global reserves the right to review and approve or reject referrals/bonuses. Any suspected fraud or misuse may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of bonuses.

• You understand that any bonuses or payouts are not guaranteed and depend on fulfillment of conditions set by GeoTech Global.

8. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind — whether express or implied.

• GeoTech Global does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• GeoTech Global is not responsible for any losses (direct or indirect), damages, or other consequences arising from the use of the Site, membership, investments, referral programs, digital assets, or any transactions made through the Site.

• Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

• GeoTech Global may suspend or terminate your access (or that of any user) immediately, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement or otherwise act in a way likely to harm the Site, other users, or GeoTech Global.

• Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services ceases immediately. GeoTech Global may retain any fees already paid.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• GeoTech Global reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.

• Changes will take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of GeoTech.

• Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Site shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration in relevant jurisdiction.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (link here). Before using the Site, you should review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

• By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• Failure by GeoTech Global to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
